TAD & JESSI DOWKER – OWNERS
Tad and Jessi have owned and operated a parent company called Northshore Dock & Marine since 2007. Northshore Soft Wash was established in 2024 as they both discovered a need for this service in their Northern Michigan region.
Tad is a graduate of Elk Rapids High School and Michigan Technological University. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree. Jessi is a graduate of Elk Rapids High School and Michigan Technological University as well; she has degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Accounting.
When not working Tad & Jessi are kept busy by their three children Mason (12), Kaelyn (8), and Waylon (4). Family hobbies include hiking, boating, fishing, Jeeps, and off-road racing.
Meet the General Manager - Mike Davis
Mike started with NorthShore Dock, LLC in 2014 and has over 11 years of experience docking. He is very reliable, has a great work ethic and is detail oriented. In 2024 Mike moved a lead role of managing both Northshore Soft Wash and Northshore Land Management. Outside of work Mike loves hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities; he also competes locally in bass fishing tournaments.
